Turquoise Outdoor Fabric For Inside!

I can't believe it, but I finally got my chair slipcovered! I am so busy doing clients furniture...that my things don't get finished! That is a good problem to have though and I am not complaining.

When I started making Slipcovers...it was because I wanted a change in my home. I love beautiful fabrics....and bright colors make me....SING! That is why I love Slipcovers.... I can create a change with some imagination and a few yards of fabric.

This chair is 8 way hand tied, and handmade in Clinton, NC. I bought it for $35.00. I called the man who made it, and he said his club chairs now sell for several hundred dollars! He still makes them by hand!

This outdoor fabric was just the color I wanted and I love the design. That is why I just had to buy it from Fabric Solutions!

I matched the pattern as good as I could. This particular fabric is very slippery to sew with and was a little bit of a challenge, but I think it turned out nice!

When I was making the slipcover, I would work on it, then get sidetracked, so it sat half done for a long time. Poor thing had no skirt for weeks!

I just loooooove this color and pattern. My walls in the keeping room are Benjamin Moore, Dill Pickle. So this tourquoise blue looks so pretty!

Doing this chair makes me want to keep sewing for my house! Don't you have a chair that needs a pop of color and an updated pattern? This outdoor turquoise fabric is perfect for Inside!
